Take a trip with Anton and Jasmine! This 11 minute fitness track can substitute running when the weather becomes intolerable and the gym gets too crowded.

So, your students can stay at their desks, stand up and do this quick, fun workout anytime during the school day - earning a 1/2 mile every time completed! (However, it cannot substitute running entirely and classes must run outside or in the gym at a minimum of 1 time every week.)

This Winter Break we are going to work on improving our HEALTH and WELLNESS! This means over the next 10 days we will focus on eating WELL and getting up and MOVING!

On the 1st DAY your studentswill have a fun activity to try and do. On the 2nd DAY they will try to complete both the 1st DAY and 2nd DAY activities. So, on the 10th DAYthey will have 10 ACTIVITIES to do in 1 DAY. They will check off the activitiesthey've done along the way. Here we go!
